Circles define your member progression — Foundation through Strategic, then curated Inner Circle and Council. Membership plans (Executive Access, Growth, Strategic Access) define access depth and support. They work together but are not the same thing.
Strategic Access is the plan for leaders preparing company-level transformation. The Strategic stage is where that work lives in your progression. The plan unlocks that stage — the names align by design, but they refer to different layers.

Yes. You can upgrade at any time. Your access intensity and unlocked circles will be updated, and billing will be prorated when payment is enabled.
